IMET Annual Meeting Presentations
In accordance with the IMET Declaration of Trust, IMET holds an Annual Meeting for Participants during March of each year. The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect the at-large trustees up for election, or to appoint trustees representing a COG up for appointment, receive performance reports of the two Series of IMET, and to transact any other business as may come before the meeting.
The first Annual meeting was held January 30, 1997 at the Village Hall in Western Springs. There were 21 individuals present with 9 proxies submitted and the meeting lasted a mere 45 minutes.
